Chris Teitzel is the founder and owner of Cellar Door, a web development agency he launched in 2009 after beginning his career as a research scientist in molecular biology, studying novel medical devices and drug candidates. Under his leadership, Cellar Door has delivered work for some of the largest sites on the web, including NASDAQ, alongside projects in emerging markets across Sub-Saharan Africa — and has become a leading voice on what it means for a digital agency to build AI-native, pairing agentic tooling and workflows with the craft of custom development. Privacy and security sit at the center of Chris's work. He holds global patents in secrets management and served on the Department of Homeland Security's Data Privacy and Integrity Advisory Committee, chairing its Subcommittee on Emerging Technologies and helping bring industry insight to the department's privacy initiatives. Colleen Carroll has been in the web since college, when a fascination with databases and structured content turned into a career as a developer and eventually into running the agency she now leads. Her two decades leading high-performing digital teams were shaped by the range of seats she's held along the way, from individual contributor to strategy lead, technical lead, manager, HR leader, and executive director. Four Kitchens partners with complex organizations running large digital presences, specifically those managing fragmented digital infrastructure, stretched internal teams, and the understanding that a web platform is never truly finished. These days her focus is building teams and systems that adapt to the technical landscape and to clients' changing needs, while staying close to the open-source ecosystem that got her here, including Four Kitchens' long-running partnership with Pantheon. She's based in Chicago, and outside of work she can be found outdoors with her family, especially out west, or with a crafting project in progress.

Off the clock, he's training for an IRONMAN, which is a lot of hours to spend alone with your thoughts. He reads WWII history for fun, which his wife finds concerning. And he has two kids and one dog, all three of whom ignore his advice.

After moving to Florida at a young age, she went on to earn a degree in Computer Science from the University of Florida, building a strong technical foundation that she would continue to expand throughout her career. Leena began her professional journey at Links Web Design in Bangor, Maine, where she developed WordPress solutions for small businesses and gained hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle. After relocating to Asheville, North Carolina, she continued working remotely before joining Biltmore as a Web Developer. Today, Leena serves as Lead Software Engineer at Biltmore, where she collaborates across departments to design and implement technology solutions that support both internal operations and the guest experience. She is passionate about bridging technical and business needs, creating thoughtful, scalable systems that make a meaningful impact. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and going on walks and playground adventures together.
