Tanya Faddoul is a product strategy and customer strategy executive who helps technology companies turn customer insight into category-defining innovation, differentiated products, and growth. Her leadership spans product, operations, customer strategy, and go-to-market—bringing teams together around customer outcomes and measurable business impact.
Tanya currently serves as VP of Product Operations & Customer Strategy at Splunk, a Cisco company, where she helps shape the strategy, execution, and customer value agenda for Cisco’s cybersecurity business. Her work focuses on connecting product innovation to real customer needs, accelerating transformation, and building differentiated strategies for an increasingly AI-driven security landscape.
Previously, as Vice President of Customer Innovation at DocuSign, Tanya led the creation and global launch of Intelligent Agreement Management, an AI-powered category that redefined how organizations manage agreements across Sales, HR, Procurement, Legal, and other functions. Her leadership helped open new markets and revenue opportunities while aligning product, technology, and go-to-market teams around strategic customer needs.
Over 20+ years at companies including Amazon, DocuSign, and Expeditors International, Tanya has led transformation across Product, Engineering, Sales, GTM, and Customer Success. She is known for navigating complex environments, challenging conventional thinking, and translating strategy into action.
Tanya serves on advisory groups including the University of Washington Foster School of Business and Alliance of Angels. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and has completed executive programs at Stanford and UC Berkeley.`
