Welcome to Pantheon’s /GoLive 2026: Beyond the Vibe! Below are answers to frequently asked questions regarding event registration, schedule, dress code, hotel logistics, social activities, and session materials.
General Event Information
/GoLive 2026: Beyond the Vibe is an enterprise web conference focused on balancing rapid web development with enterprise governance, security, and compliance.
/GoLive 2026 takes place on October 6–7, 2026 at Loews Miami Beach in Miami, Florida.
No. There is no virtual option; /GoLive 2026 is exclusively an in-person event.
Registration & Badges
Badge pickup and swag distribution will be located at the Registration Desk during the following hours:
- Monday, October 5: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday, October 6: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday, October 7: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
The Registration Desk will also serve as the official event Lost and Found.
Sorry, /GoLive 2026 is exclusively for registered attendees only. We are not able to accommodate additional dinner or party guests.
Registration, and our general session are located on Level 2, in Americana Ballroom. To get there, take the escalators up from the lobby level, or take the elevators directly from the guest room floors. Meals, coffee and
Partner Summit is located on the third floor in the “Cowrie” meeting room.
Travel, Hotel, & Onsite Logistics
All room reservations under special attendee programs (Golden Offer, Golden Ticket, and speaker complimentary lodging) have been made in advance. Please be prepared to present a credit card for incidentals upon check-in. If you experience issues with your reservation, please contact Rachel Russell.
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own ground transportation to and from the hotel. Miami International Airport (MIA) is located approximately 20 minutes from Loews Miami Beach.
Rideshare & Taxi Options:
- Uber & Lyft: Standard rideshare pickup areas are located on the arrivals level at MIA.
- Taxis: Taxis are readily available outside the baggage claim area.
Yes. On Wednesday, bell services at Loews Miami Beach will provide luggage storage during conference hours.
Meals
Registration includes breakfast, lunch, all-day beverages, access to the Welcome Reception, Tuesday evening dinner, as well as drinks and snacks throughout the event.
To-go boxes will be available for lunch on Wednesday.
Attire & Packing Tips
- Conference Sessions: Business casual is appropriate.
- Tuesday Evening Party: Optional cocktail attire.
- Pro tip: We will be outdoors and on the lawn, so thin heels aren’t recommended!
- Badges & Lanyards: Please wear your event lanyard at all sessions and evening events. /GoLive Core Team members can be identified by yellow lanyards.
Remember that session rooms may get chilly; consider bringing a sweater.
Please remember to bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the conference.
